**The Role**:
Are you passionate about teaching Maths and looking for a flexible role that fits around your schedule? Wiltshire College & University Centre is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Variable Hours Lecturers in Maths.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Delivering engaging, inspiring, and inclusive lessons to students at varying levels, including functional skills and GCSE.
- Provide cover as a bank worker, sometimes at short notice.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Support students in achieving their academic goals.
- Newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable experience.
