Unlock Growth as a Sales Manager

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive expansion across LATAM. You will leverage your expertise to sell nutraceutical ingredients to the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries, building high-quality pipelines and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business opportunities.
* Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market strategies.
* Collaborate with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify untapped markets and protect market share.
* Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management.
* Represent the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Provide technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications in dietary supplements and functional F&B.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Language: Fluent Portuguese and strong Spanish; English is an asset.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely; excellent time management skills.
* Based in Brazil with willingness to travel across LATAM as required.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM (ZOHO preferred).
