Senior Scrum Master
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Scrum Master to lead our customer data ecosystem teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to coach teams towards efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the customer data ecosystem teams
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within teams, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate
About You
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* Proven experience in Scrum Master roles, preferably in an Agile development environment
* Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse team dynamics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* A deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum frameworks
* The ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
* Experience with Azure DevOps tools, preferably in project management and CI/CD pipelines
