Key Responsibilities
* Evaluate applicants by comparing their qualifications to job requirements and conduct initial screening interviews.
* Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
* Leverage various tools, such as Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, and ATS mining, to build strong pipelines of technical candidates.
Candidates should have a proven track record of recruiting for Information Technology roles and possess excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* A thorough understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals.
* Ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
