Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze issues and formulate solutions
* Troutleshoot system, application, and hardware problems
* Ensure customers are updated on ticket progress
* Work remotely with customers to solve problems
* Use internal IT knowledge base to find solutions to known issues
* Research and resolve issues using external information
* Update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
* Escala te issues to necessary parties
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Associate's degree in information systems or equivalent program (preferably), or a proven track record of IT experience required
* Desired qualifications and skills include:
o Knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
