Job Opportunity
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top tech talent across Europe and Latin America. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure an excellent recruitment experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements
* Identify, evaluate, and engage candidates for technical positions
* Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and offer negotiation
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for technical roles
* Strong knowledge of IT roles and technologies
* Familiarity with both technical and non-technical profiles
* Solid sourcing skills and experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
