Job Title: Commodities Asset Class Onboarding Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support the onboarding of Commodities Asset Class to an Equity Derivatives Trading desk.
* Resolve daily functional, valuation, and pricing issues.
* Work closely with EQD Desk Traders to address issues.
* Amen FO pre-trade rules and simulations.
* Resolve requests or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Resolve daily FO issues on both functional, valuation, and pricing.
2. Work closely with EQD Desk Traders (L3) to address issues.
3. Amen FO pre-trade rules, eTradePad, simulations.
4. Resolve request or issues with P&L, Market Data, and booking.
5. Analyze, formulate, propose, develop and/or contribute to overall solutions as per PROD Support deliverables.
6. Liaise with technical team(s) when needed to resolve FO related issues and necessary enhancements.
7. Manage day-to-day assigned project tasks to complete various FO deliverables.
8. Yield Curve issue resolution and validation; curve assignments; new curve creation.
9. Continuous follow-up of new Market regulations/practices globally.
10. Perform various levels of testing for assigned deliverables as well as participate in formal release cycles (SIT/UAT).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong product knowledge in EQD, COM.
* Very strong understanding of FX, IRD business.
* Very Strong understanding on P&L concept overall and its components.
* Very Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Market Data, Curve structure, Simulations, and Trade Life Cycle.
* Strong experience in supporting FO users and resolving their daily issues.
* 5+ years experience with Murex FO functionalities.
* 4+ years experience in financial markets role.
* SQL proficiency.
* Must have strong personality, logical and analytical skills.
* Be detailed-oriented, a quick learner and self-starter.
* Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have strong organization skills.
