We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in performance marketing to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter), and programmatic platforms
* Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, and LTV
* Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth
* Create and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance
* Develop and manage A / B tests to optimize ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages
* Monitor campaign budgets and allocate spending based on performance metrics
* Implement tracking and attribution systems using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other marketing analytics platforms
* Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Stay current with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
* Collaborate with content, creative, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing
* Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns
* Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other major advertising platforms
* Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, attribution platforms)
* Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
* Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
* Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, and other relevant certifications
* Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
