Our organization is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory, to ensure seamless system performance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored business solutions for critical environments, meeting client requirements and expectations.
* Provide exceptional customer service by managing and resolving client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the process.
* Ensure project success by tracking time against project agreements, promoting service efficiency and profitability.
* Contribute to ongoing technical training and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to deliver high-quality results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3–4 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, including its deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
* Detailed knowledge of Intune and mobile device management, ensuring secure and efficient mobility solutions.
* Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) solutions, enhancing security and user experience.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems, enabling effective system design and implementation.
* A proven track record of developing and maintaining detailed systems documentation, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices, ensuring a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
