Technical Cutover Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end SAP technical activities for a global project in Asia. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to successfully deploy a new SAP S/4HANA system in the cloud.
1. Job Description: The Technical Cutover Manager will be responsible for planning and executing all technical activities related to the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA system. This includes collaborating with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and milestones.
2. Key Responsibilities:
o Lead end-to-end SAP technical activities to guide the project team's efforts to successfully go-live with localization and deployment of a previously built greenfield global template of SAP S/4HANA in the rise private cloud in MS Azure to KC business segments in Asia.
o Collaborate with KC leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned and pre-defined sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
o Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
o Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
o Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
