Role Summary:
To perform laboratory analyses that require a high degree of acuity, including chemical and physical analyses of medium complexity, tests and process simulations related to projects carried out in the R&D laboratory;
To work on process, raw material and final product improvements and effectively contributing to reports elaboration and critical analysis of the test results and stages of research projects in general.
**Responsibilities**:
To carry out comparative analysis of products, acting autonomously, as well as effectively contributing to reports elaboration and comparative graphs of test results, creating and keeping records and controls in order to support decision-making.
To verify calculations of performed analyses and prepare control sheets to support technical reports, recording the analytical results in specific forms and entering the information in a computerized system.
To contribute to analytical methods development and validation, in order to improve existing ones and to meet new demands from Research and Development, and to continuous improvement of activities carried out.
To use the R&D laboratory equipment and work instruments autonomously, keeping them in perfect conditions of use and properly organized, clean, correctly stored and support the necessary adjustments and calibrations.
To comply with internal regulations, quality management system requirements and work safety standards inherent to the sector, as well as the use of PPE's/EPC's (Individual Protection Equipment/Collective Protection Equipment).
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A valid technical school or college certificate.
- Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to relocate to the job location.
