Our company seeks a skilled IT Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
The successful candidate will also manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms, monitor and maintain endpoint security, and assist with cloud infrastructure management.
Key qualifications include a working level of spoken and written English, proven experience in IT support, deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms, and strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
Working hours are from 9 am to 5 pm MST. We offer an opportunity to grow with our company.
