Lead Project Coordinator
Responsible for delivering projects to key customers across multiple technology tracks.
* Collaborate with technology teams to ensure timely, within-scope and budget project delivery.
* Work closely with customer stakeholders to clarify project scope and document it in accordance with defined standards.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
2. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks effectively.
3. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, methodologies, and best practices.
