Responsibilities:
* The Service Delivery Lead will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Open Banking SaaS solution.
* Management reporting and governance with clients is also a key responsibility.
* The incumbent will provide Open Banking SME knowledge and mentor the broader support team on related workflows.
* Participating in application support and resolving customer issues is another critical aspect of the role.
* Collaboration with development and AWS SMEs ensures the smooth operation of the platform.
Mandatory Skills Description:
* No less than 7 years of experience supporting production environments for financial services institutions.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
* Working knowledge of FDX/REST APIs, data sharing, and consent workflows is essential.
* Previous leadership experience in managing a support team is highly desirable.
* Experience in running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications is crucial.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes, specifically change, release, and incident management, is required.
* Dealing effectively with senior client management is also an important aspect of the role.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
* Existing experience in Open Banking would be beneficial.
* Proficiency in French (B2 level or above) is a plus.
