 
        
        Technical Support Role
You will work directly with clients to troubleshoot WordPress issues, develop new pages and implement minor CSS corrections. Your role is to quickly resolve problems as they arise while maintaining attention to detail and thoroughly testing your work to ensure quality.
 * Be proficient in finding and fixing problems, such as checking logs, debugging and conflict checks, and explaining your work to our clients and team in a clear and detailed way.
 * Build web pages using well-known builders like Elementor, Beaver Builder, Divi and WP Bakery, and create PHP-based templates using flexible content plugins like ACF.
 * Customize plugins and themes and develop custom functionalities using hooks (actions & filters).
 * Solve problems and create functionalities using DOM manipulation through jQuery or JavaScript.
 * Conduct thorough testing of all changes across multiple devices/resolutions to ensure everything works flawlessly.
 * Maintain open communication with clients and team members, as excellent communication skills in English are crucial for this role.
