(If you know someone, don't forget to recommend them.)We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on software development and web application projects, with a strong focus on international clients.
This position requires solid experience in project management, leading multidisciplinary teams, and the ability to act strategically, ensuring objectives, deadlines, and budgets are met.
The professional will play a key role in managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, guaranteeing high-quality standards and successful delivery.What you will do:Plan the work to be performed, coordinating people and resources to meet project needs.Maintain and prioritize the task backlog for demand management.Analyze and prepare technical proposals and functional documents.Monitor and mediate project progress, taking corrective actions when necessary.Ensure deadlines and costs remain within the planned scope.Coordinate project teams and evaluate completed tasks and activities.Formalize the acceptance of deliverables for project phases or milestones.Facilitate and coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports.Participate in follow-up and review meetings.Prepare and deliver training sessions, presentations, and seminars.Manage project closure, validating hours worked and supporting the billing process.Collaborate with the technical leadership to achieve daily tactical goals.Collect and document client feedback regarding project progress.What we expect from you:Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing software/web development projects.Experience in international projects with daily use of English and Spanish.Proven experience in leading multicultural teams.Fluent in English and Spanish.Located within the Latin America or United States time zone.Nice to have:Certifications in project management methodologies (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, among others).
Experience in digital transformation or large-scale projects.Advanced/fluent Portuguese (desirable, not mandatory).
