Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX / Product Design Lead for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This role is responsible for designing engaging, intuitive, and effective digital experiences. It provides a leadership role on projects to ensure project and user success by taking a broad view of the problem space, identifying root causes, and actively working with business groups to resolve them. The candidate will collaborate with product owners, user research, and developers to problem-solve through design exploration, ideation, and user validation.

They serve over 10 million U.S. households with more than 19 million individual policies across all 50 states, supported by over 48,000 agents and nearly 18,500 employees. Responsibilities
1. Understand client needs and create attractive products.
2. Work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to establish plans for product releases, considering budget constraints and financial guidelines.
3. Create prototypes prior to final product development.
4. Adjust design approaches based on feedback received.
Requirements
* 7-9 years of relevant work experience.
* Experience with complex digital product design required.
* An online portfolio showcasing recent work demonstrating strong design clarity is required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
