This position will be key to continuing and scaling the company's expansion in the region, with a focus on sustained growth and continuous improvement of sales methodologies.
The Sales Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance) to ensure that services and solutions are adapted and effectively delivered to each local market, as well as to capitalize on cross-selling and expansion strategies, achieving the sales objectives defined by eap Latina.Responsibilities? Lead the LATAM sales team with a strong focus on mentorship, oversight, and ongoing coaching to ensure team performance (meeting agreed-upon goals), development, and successful implementation of eap Latina sales methodology and B2B sales best practices.
The primary goal is to acquire new clients.? Scale the team to meet eap Latina LATAM strategic growth objectives, recruiting and ensuring effective onboarding of new members.? Develop commercial strategies and tactics tailored to each segment and market.? Implement high-potential cross-selling and expansion initiatives, leveraging the eap Latina client portfolio and other verticals in Latin America.? Oversee and drive optimization of lead generation processes, working closely with Marketing to meet lead quality and quantity targets, acting as Marketing's internal client.? Facilitate cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance) to enhance each area's contribution to sales goals, both within LATAM and globally.? Foster strategic relationships with key clients regionally and globally, aligning with eap Latina long-term objectives.? Monitor, report, and present sales KPIs and team performance regularly to senior leadership, analyzing results and adjusting strategies to meet growth goals.? Actively participate in organizing events for clients and prospects, and in executing public relations (PR) strategies to strengthen brand presence in the market.QualificationsExperience:? 10+ years of proven experience in sales, including at least 6 years in B2B sales.? 5+ years leading high-performance sales teams.? Experience developing business relationships and delivering executive-level presentations in multinational companies.? Knowledge in implementing commercial strategies, B2B sales, and/or regional expansion.Education:? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.? MBA or Master's in related areas.Knowledge:? Advanced English (mandatory)? Intermediate Portugues (nice to have)? Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data analysis tools.? Expert in CRM tools to lead, monitor, and coach the performance of sales executives.? Basic knowledge of project management tools.Work Modality & Availability:? Full-time and exclusive role.? Availability to travel within the region according to business needs.? Hybrid work model: 3 days in-office (CABA, Belgrano in Argentina or Colonia de Nápoles in Mexico) and 2 days remote.?
