Required qualifications include:

 * At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and client-facing skills

 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms with a proven track record of success
 ">
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
 ">
 * Native Portuguese and fluent English language skills with Spanish as an asset
 ">
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence to navigate complex recruitment processes
 ">
