Key Responsibilities:
 * Oversight of all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
 * Management of the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
 * Attrition rate monitoring and implementation of proactive retention strategies.
Tech Operations Oversight
The Country Operations Manager will oversee tech operations and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
 * Technical discussions with clients.
 * Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.
 * Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.
Operational Leadership & Strategic Growth
This role involves leading daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
 * Collaboration with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
 * Performance metric monitoring and regular updates to regional/global leadership.
Financial & Market Insight Contribution
The Country Operations Manager will support budget planning, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
 * Local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions.
