Our SEO agency manages SEO campaigns for eCommerce brands in the United States and Europe.We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our team and manage digital campaigns for our clients. This is a remote position. All applicants must be willing to work at least 9 a.M. - 1 p.M. EST, while the remaining four hours in your workday are flexible.The ideal Digital Marketing Project Manager will be someone who is excited to work with great client and agency teams to turn data and big ideas into marketing campaigns with impact. You will be able to work directly with our outstanding clients and senior members of the Fire&Spark team, championing data-driven initiatives for our clients by coordinating the efforts of experienced SEO strategists and analysts.Responsibilities:Lead client engagements, proactively solving issues with client projects and ensuring goals are met.Work with the project strategists team to monitor, measure and analyze account performance, communicating findings, insights and recommendations on a regular basis.Contribute to the continual improvement of Fire&Spark’s project management capabilities and best practices.Manage analysts to ensure deadlines are hit.Manage project resources against defined budgets.Recruit and manage external contractors and freelancers.Train junior team members.Lead regular internal and client meetings.Assist in preparing high-quality, detailed analyses and reports using Excel.Coordinate with clients and teammates to execute on the SEO strategy effectively and efficiently.Collaborate with marketing and sales team to improve the ways we communicate our expertise and attract stellar clients.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree.A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.Fluency in written and verbal English for a business setting.Demonstrated project management or client-facing consulting experience.Excellent interpersonal and client management communication skills.Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to put together detailed reports.Team management experience.Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities.Well-organized, detail-oriented and a highly analytical thinker.Avid learner.Strong G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite skills.Spark points for:Startup experience.Digital Marketing agency experience.Remote work experience.Experience with Google Analytics.Familiarity with SEO concepts.Proficient in Asana for project management.Understanding of introductory project-level finance concepts.Tools we use:Asana.Slack.Excel.Google Drive.Digital Marketing Software.Benefits:Annual salary growth opportunities in line with performance.Fully remote & flexible.Full-time opportunity with flexible hours outside of a mandatory daily 9-1 PM US ET overlap.Paid time off for vacation, holidays and sick time.$100/month for Health insurance.$500/year Wellness stipend.$750/year Work-from-home stipend.$3,000/year Professional Development stipend - this money is to be spent on training, conferences, or anything else that helps you excel at your job.If this is something that sparks your interest, we are looking forward to seeing your application!#J-18808-Ljbffr
