* Experience and network within the HR/Recruiting Industry.
* Fluency in English (spoken, listening, and written).
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach, coupled with strong analytical skills.
* Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
* Capacity to identify business opportunities and market gaps.
