**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. This is a key position that will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

* This person will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
* The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.

Requirements
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Experience with endpoint management, SaaS administration, and automation tools.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
