Appointment Coordinator
The role of an appointment coordinator involves setting appointments with leads, utilizing strong written and spoken English skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. A successful candidate will work closely with clients to book appointments for their leads, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
* Reply via text message system to warm leads on time
* Book appointments for clients' leads
* Make phone calls and ask qualifying questions
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime. Work hours are from 8:30am – 5:00pm New York Time, with a 30-minute break. The successful candidate will work with US clients but can live outside the US, requiring knowledge of American culture and decent English proficiency.
Requirements:
