We’re not looking for someone who simply manages tools. We’re looking for someone who understands why people buy — and knows how to change that.
You’ll work on DTC brands with real traffic and an active budget. Every test you run has a direct impact on revenue. No internal projects with no consequences — here, the data is the boss.
AI isn’t optional — we expect it to already be part of your daily workflow.
💰 Remuneration:
Competitive fixed base salary based on experience + direct bonus linked to actual conversion uplift. Career path with direct share in the results of the brands you optimise. The more impact you generate, the greater your share in the results. 100% remote with flexible hours.
✅ Only applies if:
3+ years as a CRO Specialist in DTC shops on Shopify — with documented and verifiable uplift cases
Experience with brands in the US or UK markets with active operations (essential)
Proficiency in A/B testing with statistical rigour: VWO, Convert or Optimizely — not just “it seems to have worked”
Advanced GA4: events, funnels and attribution configured from scratch without relying on anyone
HTML, CSS and JS to implement and launch tests independently without relying on developers
English C1+
Active use of AI as a daily production tool, not as an experiment
Speak English or Spanish/ Both
⭐ We particularly value:
Experience in the health, beauty or CPG sectors
Understanding of LTV, CAC and unit economics — you optimise for profitability, not just conversion rates
Optimisation in Spanish and English, with cultural sensitivity in both markets

Knowledge of Shopify page builders: Replo, Shogun, Zipify or others
