**Scope**:
- Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks and lead the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and project delivery;
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports to maintain customer satisfaction;
- Responsibility for reporting progress of the project on an ongoing basis;
- Obtain feedback from key stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones and manage stakeholder relationships;
- Establish reporting structures inside the project team, ensuring team engagement and review the performance of team members;
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and within agreed quality standards;
- Ensure each project fully meets customer and global requirements;
- Manage a pipeline of projects for different countries, engaging the team to deliver the expected results;
- Work in new system implementation projects, cost reduction and network review initiatives;
- Make the change management with the teams to guarantee results and overcome resistance on the changes;
- Manage and coordinate communication between customer, internal teams and different providers to delivery project deliverables;
- Utilize suggested project management processes and methodologies.

- Very strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook);

- English advanced;
- Spanish advance;
- Experience of the logistics and/or supply chain industry - Nice to have;
- Previous experience in a project coordinator and PM role in logistics is a plus.
