About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning and AI, with experience in developing and implementing AI strategies and solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing AI models, working closely with data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Main Responsibilities
* AI Model Development:
o Design, develop, and deploy AI models that meet business objectives and deliver high-quality results.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and processes.
o Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve our AI offerings.
* Client Engagement & Project Delivery:
o Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored AI solutions.
o Ensure timely and successful project delivery, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and impact.
o Present AI strategies, solutions, and project outcomes to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
* Operational Excellence:
o Be part of the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions, ensuring they perform reliably at scale.
o Develop frameworks and processes to ensure AI models are robust, explainable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Requirements
* Key Skills & Experience:
o English is a must.
o Proven experience in AI/ML engineer roles, ideally in consultancy or enterprise environments.
o Strong expertise in AI/ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
o Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native AI/ML architectures.
o Understanding of AI/ML model lifecycle management.
