Overview
Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Sweden needs skilled engineers, with around 30,000 in demand by 2030 and about 200 open positions for Software Engineers with our clients in Sweden. The role involves helping engineers move to Sweden and informing them about the benefits of living and working there.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden.
Build trust with suitable candidates to facilitate relocation and onboarding.
Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team for relocation logistics (visa, work permits, housing, travel, etc.).
Support clients in fields such as software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across multiple countries.
Contribute to a team culture focused on helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or related technical experience (as documented in your CV).
Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution.
High quality perspective and brand awareness.
Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing models.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to identify and close recruitment requests.
Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.
Resilient with a constructive attitude toward rejection and challenges.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed approach to work, colleagues, and customers.
Professional appearance, responsible and responsive.
Employment Details
Job type: Full-time, long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
Minimum duration: 12 months.
Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Remuneration: From 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
Holidays: 20 paid vacation days; free national holidays with maintained payment.
Relocation support: Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
Location: Remote work from home or a co-location center of choice.
