Job Description
You will have the opportunity to advance your career in the largest professional services organization in the world working as a Systems Analyst in the Customer team, which aims to promote innovation and digital transformation for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Lead implementation and customization projects of the Salesforce platform;
* Identify requirements with business areas and convert them into technical specifications;
* Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder;
* Manage integrations between Salesforce and other platforms/services;
* Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers;
* Work with multi-functional teams (product, IT, UX) to ensure alignment and success of deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce;
* Compulsory certification Salesforce Administrator;
* Compulsory certification Salesforce App Builder;
* At least one additional advanced Salesforce certification;
* Experience with Apex, Trigger, Lightning Components, Flows;
* Proven experience with deployments and multiple sandbox environments;
* Able to communicate clearly and able to translate business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
