Your Tasks: The Onsite Technician is a responsible role based on extensive expert knowledge and experience in direct customer service which is the core of our business. They ensure that the delivery of services is in accordance with SLAs and project requirements, that no over-delivery is done and work is logged in appropriate systems. Main responsibilities: - Provide IT support, Handle daily technical support activities on desktop/laptop support, data network and server management, Telephone services, printer/Scanner/FAX support experience. - Solid knowledge of windows 10 support, troubleshooting ITIL foundation certified will be added benefits along with service now ticketing tool hands on experience. - Ability to priorities, manage and perform under pressure to meet SLA’s/Excellent knowledge of Customer Service best practice.
