We're looking for a highly organized and proactive professional to support our customer success team as an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our financial advisor clients, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
* Coordinate with account managers to ensure client setup is complete
* Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
* Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience
Client Relationship Management:
* Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism
* Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
* Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
* Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications
Meeting Support & Documentation:
* Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand
* Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
* Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes
Requirements:
* 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
* Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
