Accountabilities
* Act as a trusted consultant and advisor, helping clients identify long-term goals and align technology with business strategies.
* Build and nurture lasting client relationships through regular touchpoints, roadmapping sessions, and value-based recommendations.
* Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, providing forward-thinking solutions.
* Lead the end-to-end execution of workflow-driven applications, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
* Manage and guide technical teams to build workflow applications using low-code and automation platforms.
* Serve as the Product Owner on behalf of the client—interpreting high-level business needs into detailed requirements and user stories for the development team.
Requirements
* 10+ years in the software industry, managing projects, technical teams, and client relationships.
* Client-first mindset, enabling strong advisory relationships and proactive solution offering.
* Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager delivering client solutions.
* Ability to translate high-level business objectives into detailed, actionable development requirements.
* Familiarity with low-code development methodologies.
