Requirements:

* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.

* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles, including software development, engineering, and data science.

* Understanding of technology trends and a passion for working with technical professionals, including Java, Python, C++, and JavaScript developers.
">
* Strong ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
">
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
">
* High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer service focus.
">
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern ATS systems.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.

* Build strong pipelines of technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
">
* Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining, and cold calling.
">
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
">
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder, and niche tech sites.
">
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
">
* Maintain data accuracy in the ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
">
* Develop scalable recruiting processes to support the growth of our recruiting operations in LATAM and the U.S.
">
* Act as a trusted representative of Aptonet, promoting our values and delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients.
