Responsibilities:
* Become the right hand for our Customer Success Senior Manager, providing exceptional administrative support to drive client success
* Ensure seamless client onboarding by building and optimizing bio pages, coordinating with account managers, and configuring calendar linking systems
* Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, ensuring timely responses to their inquiries and requests
* Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism, execute drip message campaigns, and implement client-requested changes
* Support meeting preparation, take detailed meeting notes, and create actionable task lists to ensure smooth execution of client meetings
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or client support specialist
* Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably GHL
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
* Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Nice to Have:
* Background in digital marketing or financial services
* Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
* Previous experience supporting customer success teams
