Originals Category Lead
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and cultural relevance. He/She should possess strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the seasonal planning process for Originals category, ensuring alignment between Global, Market, and Channel priorities.
* Translate global strategies into locally relevant assortments, stories, and go-to-market plans.
* Work closely with Merchandising team to build consumer-focused product ranges.
* Partner with Brand Activation team to define storytelling moments across the consumer journey.
* Align with Sales and Key Account teams to ensure readiness and sell-in excellence.
* Drive post-season analysis to optimize future strategies and product performance.
