The Food Chain and Sustainability area at Yara Brazil focuses on developing partnerships across the value chain, promoting sustainable agriculture through Yara Solutions. We are looking for an ambitious and curious individual who wants to be part of a diverse team and take on the responsibility of supporting the development of partnerships aimed at generating value for all links in the chain, moving toward increasingly sustainable agriculture.Responsible for developing new business models based on nature positive and regenerative agriculture;Develop tailored value proposition that meet the needs of food value chain, seeking to maximize the ROI of the farmers and add value for the stakeholders (food companies, cooperatives, distributors, and traders);Develop partnerships within Arabic Coffee and other crops value chain (focused on food companies, cooperatives, distributors and traders);Responsible for coordinating and implementing projects under the job scope;Ensure stakeholders management with Yara's business areas;To be a reference inregenerative agriculture and carbon emissions related to fertilizers.Spirit of collaboration, proactivity, curiosity, sense of responsibility, and respect for differences;Completed degree in Agronomy/Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, or related areas;Strong experience working with coffee;Experience in project management and interaction with stakeholders at different levels;Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral;Desirable MBA, master's, or doctorate in agronomy, sciences, biology, ecology, or related disciplines;Desirable Knowledge or previous experience in Sales;Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills;Good knowledge of the agricultural sector;Ability to work independently, while engaging and mobilizing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Talent AcquisitionIMPORTANTE:Todas as oportunidades de carreira na Yara são conduzidas exclusivamente pela equipe de recrutamento da Yara Brasil.
