Job Overview
The Project Integration Specialist is responsible for overseeing the integration and coordination of various IT projects within an organization, ensuring that all components are aligned and executed efficiently to meet strategic objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as a technical lead to ensure project implementations align with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams and fostering communication among stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, assessing compatibility and interoperability of different systems through thorough testing and evaluation.
* Plan and manage timelines and deliverables of integration projects, allocate resources effectively, including budgeting and staffing, monitor project progress and performance.
* Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects, determine the best approach and resources needed, stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends.
* Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams, conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the integration process, prepare comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans and risk assessments.
* Drive continuous improvement in integration processes by analyzing project results and implementing feedback.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field.
Systems Integration: Experience with integration tools and platforms, configuring and maintaining them, designing integrations between data systems and other enterprise platforms.
Architecture: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and software development, experience with software architecture design, microservices, SOA, and cloud-based architectures.
Tools: Use of integration tools and platforms, implementation and management of systems to track metrics of integration projects, configuration of dashboards and monitoring tools.
Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
