Blockchain Engineering Manager We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Engineering Manager to lead a distributed team of software engineers. This role is responsible for driving execution, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture that delivers reliable, scalable, and high-quality products aligned with strategic goals. * **Product Strategy and Planning**: Lead, coach, and mentor engineers across multiple technical domains.
