This role involves overseeing the continued development of business from onboarding through the lifetime of the account on our platform.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in our platform, able to facilitate client adaptation and provide outstanding support to ensure partner confidence.

Responsibilities:
* Provide daily assistance to accounts through navigation of our platform, including feature introductions, issue resolution, and concern addressing
* Foster continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicate quickly and clearly with accounts via chat or video call to address issues and follow up until resolution
* Work independently to meet account satisfaction, collaborating with team members across departments as needed
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
* Ongoing self-education for industry knowledge and platform features
Key Skills
This role demands exceptional skills in direct response marketing, strategy implementation, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, customer service, time management, organization, and adaptability.
Proficiency in English is required, with Portuguese and Spanish being additional assets.
