About This Role
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for our customer data ecosystem teams
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices
* Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate
* Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements
* Facilitate the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with our digital marketing strategy and goals
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance
* Ensure that team work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization
* Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization
* Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
* Drive Change Management through coaching the team and support them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset
* Oversee the integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines.
