Salesforce Development Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce developer to lead our team and drive the development of innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce, with expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools. The ideal candidate will have experience managing offshore teams, supporting existing Salesforce applications, and providing technical leadership to junior developers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. They will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the development of Salesforce projects through the full SDLC
* Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools
* Manage offshore teams and support existing Salesforce applications
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Technical Skills:
* Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools
* Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and IPs
* Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications
* Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
* Proficient in performing code reviews and handling deployments using GitHub and Jenkins
