SAP Integration Lead Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading integration processes across all levels of our client's environment.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and outside partners to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes. Your strong technical background in SAP SD, SAP ABAP, and EDI & Idoc Integration will enable you to provide solution architect leadership and strategy development.
Key responsibilities include providing solution architect leadership and strategy development, leading technical architects for medium to large projects, and being accountable across multiple functional and technical areas with wide range of complexity.
You will lead the overall design, including the structure of a segment solution based on requirements from the business, global and regional views, as well as the design of standard software configurations.
Besides that, you will build delivery blueprints including but not limited to application diagrams, physical architecture, process diagrams, systems maps, service interfaces, technical interfaces, data modeling, integration planning.
You will also translate non-functional and functional requirement into solution designs, ensuring solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model, uses the common technology platform, and achieves enterprise level security, quality of service and scale.
You will collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to make sure that the solution fits within enterprise context, while also ensures solutions align with business goals and processes, and follow client's IT Standards and Best Practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 10 years IT professional work experience
* Mandatory to have excellent fluency in English; both written and verbal communication skills
* Candidate will be regarded as SME and should have high level of expertise in SAP - SD component
* Strong ABAP skills, with complex troubleshooting experience
* SAP Order-to-Cash end to end expertise required (SD)
* EDI and Idoc experience highly preferred
* Experience in software engineering, software development, solution architecture and able to develop a High Level Design (HLD) and ideally with ability to deliver Low Level Designs within area of expertise
* Experience in highly integrated complex data environments e.g. EDI/ BI/ ETL, ERP etc, and open to working in a multitude of SAP and NonSAP applications and technologies
* Candidate should possess high level of consultative skills and have prior experience of collaborating with Business Analysts and Enterprise Architects in solving complex business problems with innovative technical solutions

* Broad range of business and IT experiences
* Hold technical and/or business certification(s)
* Ability to work in a virtual team across distance, with different cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, with on-shore and off-shore resources (may extend outside the organization including suppliers, partners and customers)
