Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of our service operations. The role involves designing and maintaining an on-call and coverage plan that ensures all critical skills are available when needed. You will also be responsible for owning the incident management process, defining and monitoring key service metrics, acting as incident lead/coordinator during major incidents, creating and maintaining SOPs/runbooks/triage guides, training first-line/SRE teams, establishing a configuration management process, being the primary operational contact for enterprise customers.
