Key Qualifications
1. Proven experience in project management, with a strong ability to manage project timelines and resources.
2. Expertise in expediting and logistics management to ensure timely project completion and resource allocation.
3. Knowledge of inspection and quality control processes to maintain high standards for deliverables.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Experience in design-related fields is a plus.
7. Bachelor's degree in project management, design, or related field.
8. Proficiency with relevant project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Senior experience: 7+ years of experience as a product designer.
2. Direct experience designing for B.I. or people analytics platforms.
3. Background in designing data-heavy interfaces, with complex user journeys and role-based user permissions.
4. Knowledge of frontend development principles (HTML, CSS) to effectively communicate with developers.
5. Prior experience working with US-based startups or product teams.
6. Experience facilitating design workshops, user interviews, or stakeholder alignment sessions.
