Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing Candidates:
o Utilize job boards and LinkedIn to find potential candidates.
o Leverage professional networks to identify top talent.
* Candidate Screening and Coordination:
o Screen resumes and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
o Communicate effectively with candidates and provide updates throughout the hiring process.
* Hiring Support:
o Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and reports.
o Collaborate with the team to improve hiring strategies and processes.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
Experience: 3+ months in recruitment or HR (internships included).
Skills:
* Strong communication and organization skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Languages: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
