You will operate production machinery, manage materials, and ensure each product meets strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
Operate packet production machinery with or without reel winding options
Load paper onto production machines using various mechanical means
Produce packet product that conforms to all quality specifications
Accurately update and complete all production forms as required
Maintain good standing with regards to NCR’s (no more than 1 critical, 3 major, 5 minors within any 6 month period)
Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and palletization of products at the time of production
Perform area housekeeping duties and organizing work areas
Ensure participation and cooperation in company implemented ESHA programs
Enter a minimum of 2 safety deviations per quarter
Follow all company safety rules
Requirements
High School diploma or GED (preferred)
Must be fluent in English and have basic mathematics skills
Prior manufacturing experience (preferred)
