It Recruiter - This is a fully remote contractor role. The main focus of this role will be identifying, engaging, and managing candidates for a variety of technology positions while partnering closely with hiring teams to ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across multiple countries. - Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. - Conduct candidate screenings to assess technical background, communication skills, and overall fit. - Coordinate interview processes and maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Partner with internal teams to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience. Requirements- Proven experience recruiting IT and technology profiles. - Solid experience hiring for roles such as Salesforce, Java, Golang, DevOps, Data Science, AI, or similar technical positions. - Strong sourcing skills and experience recruiting across Latin America. - Advanced English (both written and spoken). - Ability to work autonomously in a remote contractor setup and manage multiple processes simultaneously.
