4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with account managers and sales to align hiring strategies with client needs.
5. Promoting Employer Brand: Highlight our company culture, values, and benefits through recruitment campaigns.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and internal hiring policies.
7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
8. Talent Pipelining: Build a pool of qualified candidates ready for future roles.
9. Candidate Support: Provide the main point of contact for questions and updates.
10. Outreach Goals: Achieve weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.
