As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of key projects across various technological domains. Your leadership will foster collaboration and productivity among teams, driving success and satisfaction for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely project completion within scope and budget
* Closely collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and document it according to established standards
* Promote teamwork across technologies to enhance a collaborative environment
* Maintain quality control procedures in partnership with the PMO
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Participate in service/project review meetings with customers and management
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* Demonstrated experience in software development project management
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and thought leadership skills
* Strong leadership and team management abilities
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and ITIL methodologies
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to manage complex challenges
