This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in Amazon Seller Central and agency operations. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, overseeing client milestones, and completing all client tasks timely.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor client progress and complete tasks within set timelines.
You will also oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts, including managing client boards, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, and providing regular updates to clients.
Accountability
As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
* 90% of clients hitting 100% of their ad spend budget.
* Less than 7.5% churn per month for entire Amazon department district 1.
* 90% of audits completed and followed up within 5 business days.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
